When you make a reservation, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
We are not responsible for the wrong date, wrong flight number, date and time provided by the person making the reservation.
If you decide not to pay with Paypal / Credit Card at the time of booking online, payments will be made in cash to the driver upon arrival. If your transfer is back, pay the amount to the Driver / the name of the main reserve is responsible for the final payment.
Take your itinerary with you every time you travel. Must be provided to your driver upon arrival at the airport Faro.
Cancellations are allowed at no cost 24 hours prior to arrival and must be informed by phone or email. After this period will be charged 100% of the total paid.
Changes to the reservation must be made 24 hours prior to your arrival. No presentation at Faro airport, without prior notice, will be charged 100% of the total payment.
All prices include VAT at the legal rate and the rate of motorways
Reservation less than 24h00 can be increased in price by up to 30%.
We will carry 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on luggage per customer. Any extra luggage (golf clubs, surfboards, bicycles) must be disclosed at the time of booking. We can not be responsible for carrying any extra undeclared luggage.
MLTransfers reserves the right to refuse to carry customers under the influence of alcohol or drugs or considered a risk to our drivers.
Smoking is not allowed inside vehicles. The consumption of food and beverages (except water) is also not allowed.
We will do our best to arrive in time to pick you up at Faro airport and pick you up at your return to Faro Airport, at the pre-scheduled time; however, we can not be held responsible for delays beyond our control (delays in traffic, compliance with weather conditions with police stops, etc ...) However, we will contact you when possible, should such an event occur.
We are not responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit. Your property is entirely your responsibility.
If we can not reach your desired destination due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide you with an alternative transfer at no extra charge.
We reserve the right to refuse transportation for your group due to health and safety specifications if you do not recommend using booster or baby seats before traveling.
We could ask customers to give us a 20-minute margin if we did not make it to the pickup at the pre-arranged time. This will give us ample time to deal with unforeseen situations that may occur. (We will contact you if necessary).
We reserve the right to leave your accommodation 15 minutes after the pre-arranged boarding time if a member of your group does not advise our driver to delay.
We will wait about 1 hour after your landing time in Faro. If there is a problem with your luggage, as long as you notify us by sending a member of your team to meet us at the arrivals, we will be happy to wait until the problem is resolved. If you are traveling alone, call the number provided on your voucher.
