How will I find my driver when I arrive at Faro airport?
After collecting your luggage enter into the main arrivals area hall. Your driver will be waiting for you holding a card with booking lead passenger name.
How do I pay for the service?
While booking your transfer you can choose one the following payment options: • Pay in advance online with credit/debit card or PayPal • Pay later to the driver in cash (are accepted cash - Euros only).
If my flight is delayed?
We check and confirm all flight details based on the information you have provided at the time of booking. If your flight is delayed, we will wait for you.
What if I am delayed when I arrive?
We will generally wait for 60mins after the arrival time of your flight for you to make your way into the arrivals area. If you have a problem with your luggage, provided you let us know we will be happy to wait longer. Send someone into the arrivals area or contact us on the telephone number provided and we will wait for you.
I’m travelling to a private property, not a hotel, is that a problem?
Please provide us with the address as accurately as you possibly can, if it is a private villa and you have never been there before, the booking agent will usually provide you with driving directions, take them with you.
Can you provide baby and child seats?
Please ensure you tell us at the time of booking how many children are travelling in your party and their ages and in accordance with Portuguese Law we will always provide the correct baby and child seats for you.
How much luggage can I take?
Remember all transfers are private and are just for you and your party. If there are two people travelling then we should have no problem accommodating your luggage. If there are seven people then the minibus will be at full capacity and you will be a little bit more limited, therefore if this is the case we suggest a ratio of one case per traveller. If you are carrying golf clubs, sports equipment or anything out of the ordinary, let us know at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.
